PrimoPDF crashes Windows at launch
I'm running Acrobat Reader 5.0, on Windows 98, with Word 2000. When I want to print a Word document to PPDF, the moment I click on "Primo PDF" printer icon in the drop down printer selection window an error message pops up regarding "Msgsrv32". PPDF will continue to work, I can print and save my document, but when I return to Word, I find that Windows has locked up and I have to re-boot. Any suggestions for curing this problem ? Many Thanks (Otherwise an excellent tool!!)

After "cleaning" up my computer, un-installing Adobe Acrobat, and re-loading, this seems to have cured the problem!

"Cure" was only temporary!
Have upgraded to Windows ME, whenever I select "PrimoPDF printer" in print dialogue menu, I instantly get error message:_ Msgsrv32 has caused an error in PSCRIPT.DRV, Msgsrv32 will now close. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this? Registry scan etc is all OK! |
