No PrimoPDF window in Microsoft Word

On a Windows XP-SP3 platform, PrimoPDF does a great job of creating a pdf file in WordPerfect, but the PrimoPDF window never shows up in Microsoft Word. Word will print to a file, but it is not recognized as a pdf file, but as a .prn file. How do I make "Word" pop up a PrimoPDF window?
