After i Have installed your software every time I start the winxp operating system it always asks for a elusive driver with the found new hardware wizard.
What file shall i use as the driver and most impotantly how do I install it, and how do I stop the foung new hardware wizard from apearing all the time. I think your software is very usefull, but I wont advertize it because people will think that the constant apearance of that wizard is a systematic error. please help! |

This is uncommon and shouldn't be the case.
All the drivers that Primo uses are included and placed on your machine with the install. The Hardware wizard can only be spawned by windows when a new physical device (that does not have a corresponding driver) is found. Right click "My computer" and choose manage. Next choose the device manager, in this list you will most likely see an item with a yellow ?, this is the piece of hardware that needs a driver. Please seek the manufacturer of the device to obtain the appropriate driver.
