installing on a print server
Is it possible to install PrimoPDF on a Win NT print server and have clients attach to it? Or is this strictly a client side stand alone product?
Thanks ![]() |

No, unfortunately not. Primo is a clientside only application. However, it does install as a printer which you would be able to access via network. The problem with this would be the NTLM permissions when trying to create processes. Which basically means that in order to create the dependent processes the logged in user needs to have permissions for file access of all dependent files and output destinations.
It could be done, but definately not supported, or suggested. Thanks for moving this thread btw! ![]()
