Header and footer

I installed primo pdf converter on 2 different machines. When I try to convert into pdf format, the output from the first machine always contains the page number such as "Page 2 of 10" on the page header and the file name( full path) on the page footer while the output from the second machine does not contains any header or footer. How do I control the header and footer sections when I use your converter.

This is most likely a print option from the application that you are printing from. There should be a setting in the application to include page numbering in the Print settings.
