Text slides from one page to the next

When I convert my document the text slides from the page it is on to a different page. In other words, some text from page six will be on page 5. I have Windows Me and use Microsoft Works. Can someone tell me how to correct this problem in detail--I'm computer illiterate. Thanks Laura

This behavior will be defined by the application you are using (works). There should be a menu option called 'print preview' that will display how the document would look if printed, which is exactly how it will look on pdf.

Once you've seen the print preview you can change the layout by changing the margins of the document (again through works). Hope that helps.
