Yes, you can certainly do a write up of Primo, as long as the licensing is duely noted.

Yes, you may, so long as the setup executable is placed AS IS on the CD-ROM and all copyright notices (as noted on the PrimoPDF site) are included. If you also include a shortcut file to www.primopdf.com that should take care of all other licensing issues. The end user needs a mechanism to get to the source per the AFPL.

Also, please send an email to marketing@activepdf.com if the review is published and the CD-ROM is sent out.
