I converted my newsletter done in Publisher to a .pdf file using the PrimoPDF and sent it as an attachment to the members of my association. Now I'm getting e-mails from some members that they can't open it! The president recommended I do the conversion because she said people would not be able to open the Publisher file. I have all members' e-mail addresses listed in a "group" in my AOL address book. What could be going on?

Well, that's a bit hard for me to guess without knowing more about the systems it's not working on. Find out what viewer they are using, also, what error messages (if any) and maybe attach the pdf in your reply and I'll see what I can do.
