no print screen, why not?

I have been using primopdf for some time to convert word document to send for filing electonically. Suddenly, this weekend, when I print from word to primopdf I do not get the splash screen to designate a destination for my file or to set my screen or print preferences. Instead, my word printer starts up and begins to "print" the document on the primopdf printer. However, I never get a pdf document printed. What's happening??

Most likely it is a problem with the default printer or port. I'd simply recommend a reinstall under your current user context. If you're still having problems. Give me some more details and we'll get it figured out.
