Type 1 Fonts not appearing when printed from MS Office

We are experiencing problems printing from all MS Office 2003 applications to PrimoPDF. When we print a document from either Word, Publisher or Powerpoint (haven't tried Excel), our standard font doesn't appear, but other fonts appear. We are using a Type 1 font - which is why I think we may be having problems. It looks like Truetype fonts are coming out fine. We are using Windows XP, and I have tried replicating this on a number of machines and the same problem occurs on all of them. Oh, if you could fix the weather in London as well, I'd be grateful.
